Senior Fraud and Authentication Consultant (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Base salary: $109,000–$131,000 USD per year, plus potential annual discretionary bonus or commission payments

What you will do

• Advise strategic customers through discovery, implementation, optimization, and ongoing value realization.
• Lead complex client engagements by assessing needs, defining solutions, and driving successful outcomes.
• Conduct workshops, technical assessments, and executive briefings on authentication, fraud prevention, and voice biometrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Analyze business processes, recommend improvements, and guide complex integrations, change management, adoption, and issue resolution.
• Create thought leadership materials, including white papers, case studies, and best-practice resources, while mentoring colleagues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, technical account management, solution delivery, or customer-facing technical roles in SaaS, cloud, security, or fintech.
• Experience leading complex client engagements and solving challenging business and technical problems.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture, authentication, fraud risk, or voice-driven technologies.
• Strong client relationship skills and confidence presenting to C-level and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work at the intersection of people, process, and technology, with strong communication, adaptability, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Experience with contact center technology, voice biometrics, or security solution integration.
• Management consulting experience or experience in a high-growth technology environment.
• Technical certifications in AWS, security, or networking, or an advanced degree.
• Experience producing white papers, best-practice materials, or other thought leadership content.
