Salary: $116K–$160K annual base salary, excluding additional benefits.

What you will do
- Build and lead a production control team responsible for long-term and daily production planning.
- Develop master scheduling processes with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and business development teams.
- Create reporting tools, metrics, Excel analyses, queries, and visual dashboards to track schedule performance, material shortages, and production risks.
- Manage daily work schedules, monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and communicate timeline updates to leadership.
- Collaborate on MRP system development and align delivery timelines with spacecraft production schedules.
- Coordinate fixtures, tooling, testing equipment, facility capabilities, and workforce availability while leading quality, safety, automation, and lean production improvements.
Requirements
- U.S. Persons status is required to access export-controlled data.
- 4+ years of manufacturing scheduling experience, ideally in high-rate aerospace or automotive production.
- 2+ years of people leadership experience, preferably leading a production control team.
- Experience with scheduling philosophies and tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and/or P6/Primavera.
- Experience developing and refining ERP, MRP, and MES manufacturing systems.
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving, communication, Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills.
