Project Manager

Location: Fully remote; occasional driving to client work sites may be required.

Starting compensation: $95,000 per year; final compensation depends on experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, internal equity, market trends, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Lead medium-to-large technology projects from initiation through completion using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Network, Operations, Cybersecurity, Service Delivery, and other internal functions.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, issues, scope, timelines, and client expectations, escalating roadblocks when needed.
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder updates, sprint ceremonies, governance activities, and compliance requirements.
• Support Agile delivery as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, including backlog refinement, team metrics, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in IT project management.
• Experience managing projects with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or Lean principles.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing project schedules, risks, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile transformation or PMO process improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting cloud or infrastructure-related projects.
• PMP, Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification.
