Senior Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work model

Salary: €4,000–€5,500 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications

What you will do

• Lead global system implementations from project initiation through successful close.
• Define scope, plan milestones, manage resources, and oversee project budgets.
• Identify, analyze, mitigate, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Chair governance meetings and maintain project plans, risk logs, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
• Build stakeholder relationships through clear communication and proactive engagement.
• Manage and support project team members in line with leadership and management principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in capital markets or financial services.
• Proficiency in PMI and Agile methodologies.
• Experience assessing and mitigating project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, Jira, or Confluence.
• Familiarity with hirify.global software platforms or capital markets technology environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel as business needs require.
