What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery including scope, milestones, and budget oversight.
• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Chair governance meetings and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders through proactive engagement.
• Manage and support project team members in alignment with leadership principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in capital markets or financial services.
• Proficiency in both PMI and Agile methodologies.
• Strong ability to assess and mitigate project risks and delivery challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with hirify.global software platforms or capital markets technology.
• Willingness to travel as business needs require.
