What you will do

  • Define electronic-component sourcing strategy and supplier selection criteria.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with suppliers.
  • Manage supplier relationships and day-to-day supplier execution.
  • Plan electronic-component materials and manage inventory levels to support production and on-time delivery.
  • Manage contract manufacturer purchase price variance and rebate programs.
  • Communicate weekly on activities, program progress, issues, and risks.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in sourcing and material planning for hardware manufacturing companies.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
