IT Logistics Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco, with global scope and regional travel.

Salary: $272K–$302K annually, plus equity, performance-related bonuses for eligible employees, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead daily IT logistics operations and manage the hardware and peripheral catalog, including validated software images and configurations.
• Deliver global day-one readiness, fulfillment, refreshes, replacements, loaners, telecom and mobility services, and high-risk travel services.
• Scale employee IT vending machines and other self-service channels while maintaining availability, reliability, and shrinkage controls.
• Own asset accountability across the full lifecycle, from receipt and inventory reconciliation through recovery, reuse, and secure disposition.
• Improve forecasting, capacity, logistics performance, lead times, lifecycle costs, stock levels, and resilience during supply disruptions.
• Manage and develop the team, regional partners, and delivery capabilities while coordinating with engineering, security, support, workplace, finance, and procurement.

Requirements

• Experience leading inventory and fulfillment across multiple sites or regions, including forecasting, delivery partners, service performance, and cost management.
• Experience delivering automation and AI-enabled workflows used in daily operations, including measurable results, reliability testing, security controls, and human oversight.
• Experience managing people through rising demand and changing priorities, with responsibility for goals, feedback, performance, development, and coaching.
• Experience launching services that meet employee or customer needs while balancing usability, cost, security, and control.
• Ability to align partners, make sound technical and business decisions, communicate candidly, and own adoption and results.
