What you will do

• Customize, develop, and support solutions on the Force.com platform.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and internal systems to automate business processes.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
• Verify solutions by writing and executing automated test classes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and designers to build new capabilities.
• Mentor and guide other engineers while ensuring proper code documentation and repository maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5 years of experience (with Bachelor's) or 3 years (with Master's) as a Salesforce Engineer.
• 3 years of experience with Apex, Lightning Components, LWC, and JavaScript.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities.
• Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce security models.
• Must be able to report to the local office in Austin, Texas.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience with ReactJS or similar frontend platforms.
• Experience with Omni Script and Flex Cards.
