Salesforce B2B Commerce Technical Lead (Salesforce)

Location: Hybrid work model; candidates must be located in Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, or Nashville, Tennessee

Salary: $82,082–$193,440 base compensation

What you will do

• Lead and supervise the daily activities of the Salesforce development team.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact and collaborate with the Project Manager and Technical Architect.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and lead delivery planning.
• Review code and enforce standards for quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Resolve technical roadblocks and guide team members while contributing to hands-on development.
• Manage Git version control, release planning, and execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• 3+ years leading Salesforce implementation teams and 2+ years of Salesforce B2B Commerce project experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience implementing B2B Commerce storefronts, including catalogs, buyer groups, entitlement policies, pricing, checkout, and order management.
• Experience with Experience Cloud, ERP, OMS, payment, and tax-system integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Salesforce DevOps, Agile delivery, architecture, and solution design; a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience is required.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer or B2B Commerce.
• Exposure to multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
