Senior Manager - Treasury and Cash Management Services (Payments)

Location: United States; candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of a hirify.global office or approved coworking location. Client engagements may require onsite work, and between engagements consultants are expected to work from an office or approved coworking location at least three days per week.

Salary: USD 150,000–155,000 yearly, plus annual performance bonus and uncapped personal sales bonus.

What you will do

• Lead treasury services and cash management consulting engagements from current-state assessment and strategy through implementation and go-live.
• Design target operating models, future-state capabilities, product roadmaps, business cases, implementation approaches, and adoption plans.
• Modernize treasury and payments platforms, including requirements definition, vendor integration, client onboarding, data migration, testing, and platform selection.
• Advise senior business, product, operations, technology, risk, and regulatory stakeholders on treasury, payments, and technology solutions.
• Develop client opportunities through proposals, commercial discussions, cross-selling, relationship building, and thought leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate multidisciplinary consulting teams while strengthening hirify.global’s treasury and cash management capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant financial services experience, including treasury services, cash management, transaction banking, or payments.
• Experience in management consulting, advisory, transformation, product strategy, or complex implementation, with a record of leading change rather than only steady-state operations.
• Working knowledge of liquidity management, payments, receivables, account services, real-time payments, commercial cards, and working capital solutions.
• Familiarity with treasury and payments platforms such as FIS, Finastra, Bottomline, ACI Worldwide, Volante, Kyriba, GTreasury, or ION.
• Applicants must already be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
