Professional Services Consultant (SaaS Treasury)

Location: Hybrid, with in-office collaboration expected 10+ days per month; the stated salary range applies to positions based in California, United States.

Annual base salary for California-based positions: $116,000–$145,000 USD, excluding equity, bonuses, and commissions.

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions to identify client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements.
• Design and document target-state treasury processes and configure the platform to meet client goals.
• Advise clients on treasury best practices and modernization of legacy processes.
• Configure the software and align technical implementation with the strategic solution.
• Deliver user training to support adoption and maximize solution value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams and provide feedback for the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of client-facing solution consulting or software implementation experience, particularly with ERP or SaaS products.
• Experience challenging requirements, asking diagnostic questions, and leading clients toward improved outcomes.
• Technical aptitude with complex software ecosystems and data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear financial and executive-level explanations.
• Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, financial risk, or hedge accounting.
• Experience with corporate treasury, accounting, or finance, including cash flow, debt, and financial risk discussions.
