Senior Manager - Money Movement and Stablecoins (Stablecoins)

Location: US - Atlanta, GA; office setting. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $130,600–$221,600 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Lead consulting engagements for banks, processors, merchants, fintechs, and other payment clients across North America.
• Develop strategies, operating models, product concepts, use cases, business cases, and go-to-market plans for money movement and stablecoin initiatives.
• Map current and future-state processes and money flows across issuers, processors, sponsor banks, merchants, and consumers.
• Analyze industry and hirify.global datasets to produce insights, recommendations, and performance improvement opportunities.
• Manage engagement delivery, project risks, forecasting, sales support, and client relationships.
• Build scalable consulting solutions, toolkits, best practices, and thought leadership for emerging payments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree, or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Experience in management consulting and strong knowledge of non-card money movement or emerging fintech payment mechanics.
• Payments or financial services experience, including banking operations, payment schemes, business systems, or card issuing.
• Experience with money movement and digital assets, financial performance indicators, ROI, and quantitative analysis.
• Strong communication, storytelling, presentation, problem-diagnosis, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate across product, marketing, sales, risk, innovation, and regional teams, and stay current with digital trends.

• 9+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 7+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Experience at a large management consulting firm or US financial institution.
