Location: Hybrid (US-based). In-office collaboration is required for 10+ days a month.

Salary: $116,000 — $145,000 USD (Annual Base for IL)

What you will do

• Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to identify client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements.
• Design and document the "To-Be" state and optimal platform configuration to meet client goals.
• Act as a subject matter expert guiding clients through treasury best practices and process modernization.
• Hands-on configuration of the platform to align technical setup with strategic vision.
• Facilitate high-impact training sessions to ensure maximum ROI for clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client-facing solution consulting or software implementations (ERP or SaaS).
• Strong consultative mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and lead clients to better outcomes.
• Technical aptitude in navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding data flows between banks, ERPs, and treasury systems.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into language accessible to CFOs.
• Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting.
• Experience working with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, and/or Finance.
