Professional Services Consultant (Treasury SaaS)

Location: United States; positions based in Illinois require in-office collaboration, with managers and teams deciding which 10+ days per month employees attend.

Annual base salary for positions based in Illinois: $116,000–$145,000 USD, excluding equity, bonuses, and commissions.

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions to identify client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements.
• Design and document target-state treasury processes and configure the hirify.global Treasury platform.
• Advise clients on treasury best practices and modernization of legacy processes.
• Configure software integrations across treasury systems, banks, and ERP platforms.
• Deliver user training and enablement to support adoption and return on investment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams and provide feedback for the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client-facing solution consulting or software implementations, particularly in ERP or SaaS.
• Experience navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs.
• Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, financial risk, or hedge accounting.
• Professional experience with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, and/or Finance, including cash flow, debt, and financial risk.
• Strong consultative and communication skills, including translating technical concepts into clear financial-business language.
