Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $145,000–$185,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for strategic payments, lending, and infrastructure partners.
  • Lead executive business reviews, strategic planning, and governance meetings.
  • Manage end-to-end partner implementations from contract signing through launch and optimization.
  • Monitor integration health, partner KPIs, and operational metrics to surface risks and resolve issues.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Risk, Finance, and Legal teams.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand partnerships and unlock new revenue streams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or product management within fintech or payments.
  • Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including processors, gateways, card networks, and BNPL.
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, integration architecture, and payment flows.
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs and influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • AI fluency is required to leverage tools for productivity, research, and decision-making.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and performance monitoring.
  • Background in solutions engineering or technical account management.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced company environments.
