Solutions Manager, Financial Services (Fintech)

Location: United States (Remote)

Base salary: $120,000–$140,000 annually, depending on US pay zone. Additional compensation includes stock options and an annual performance bonus of up to 15% of base salary.

What you will do

• Build consultative relationships with prospective and existing financial services partners and present tailored hirify.global solutions.
• Explain the value of the platform to operational teams, technical stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Develop expertise in payments, e-commerce, fraud prevention, and the technology underlying these areas.
• Translate client needs into actionable technical requirements and explain technical concepts as business value.
• Coordinate active client engagements across Product, Engineering, Legal, Partnerships, and Business Development.
• Track milestones, communicate roadmap timelines, flag delivery risks, and support timely contracting and partnership launches.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B financial services, e-commerce, payments, risk, fraud, solutions, sales support, or technical implementation.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and firm external deadlines.
• Experience working with Product and Engineering teams and understanding product development cycles.
• Experience scoping technical requirements from discovery through integration planning.
• Familiarity with B2B legal contracting processes and the ability to move agreements forward.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Background in business analysis, consulting, finance, Solutions Engineering, Product Management, or Implementation Management.
