Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and safe work practices for a manufacturing facility.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, environmental permits, hazardous waste, stormwater, and other applicable regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections, job hazard analyses, risk assessments, and contractor safety reviews.
• Investigate injuries, near misses, property damage, and environmental incidents, then implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety orientation, EHS training, emergency action plans, evacuation drills, and emergency equipment inspections.
• Manage chemical, occupational health, industrial hygiene, environmental, sustainability, and continuous improvement programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment; plastic injection molding experience is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA requirements, and manufacturing safety standards.
• Experience with incident investigations, root cause analysis, regulatory records, and compliance reports.
• Knowledge of machine guarding, lockout/tagout, confined space awareness, ergonomics, industrial safety, and industrial hygiene.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, interpersonal, and employee engagement skills; ability to support multiple shifts as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with plastic injection molding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHS management software.
