Supply Chain Planner (Ecommerce)

Location: HQ; hybrid role aligned with field-location business needs, including weekend and holiday coverage. New York/New Jersey salary structure applies.

Salary: $128,000–$135,500 per year for New York/New Jersey.

What you will do

• Design, plan, and manage the end-to-end supply chain, including strategic network planning and daily tactical operations.
• Build visibility and monitoring for supply chain health, inventory positions, service levels, in-stock performance, waste, and supplier performance.
• Manage daily product ordering, delivery, and receipt across hirify.global restaurants.
• Resolve inventory and transportation issues with restaurant managers, suppliers, and Product and Engineering teams.
• Develop metrics, identify risks, solve complex supply chain problems, and implement strategic improvements.
• Provide input into supply chain systems and technology platforms while aligning internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain operations, procurement, demand planning, and/or vendor management.
• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 2+ years working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to improve operations.
• Advanced SQL and Advanced Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong mathematical aptitude is required for the interview process.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of R or Python.
• Experience in DTC/ecommerce or the fresh food industry.
