Field Safety Supervisor

Location: Field Office Pawnee, Texas; 75% field presence and travel required. The role follows a 14/7 rotational schedule and requires flexible hours and work in extreme temperatures, wind, precipitation, and at heights.

What you will do

• Oversee and audit field workflows to verify compliance with safety programs and immediately mitigate dangerous acts or conditions.
• Conduct job-site audits and inspections and monitor field conditions and safety performance.
• Investigate incidents, participate in root cause analysis, and support corrective actions.
• Develop and distribute site-specific safety plans and journey management plans.
• Assist with emergency response, first aid, and medical care processes.
• Communicate safety policies, campaigns, and procedures to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of related experience with HSSEQ management systems and their application.
• Familiarity with safety management programs such as ANSI Z10 or ISO 45001.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record; ability to operate a company vehicle safely.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-supervise daily tasks, and work flexible hours.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and work in field conditions including extreme weather and at heights.

Nice to have

• Bachelor of Science in Safety or a related field.
