Regional EHS Manager (Data Centers)

Location: Must be based in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX area and work on site to support construction or data center operations; support for the Lubbock, TX region and travel to other regions as needed, up to 25%.

What you will do

• Oversee EHS management for data center construction projects and active operations across the assigned regions.
• Audit general contractors, trade partners, onsite contractors, and operational data centers for compliance with Aligned requirements, OSHA, DEQ, EPA, and life safety standards.
• Review and control high-risk activities including electrical work, excavation, fall protection, cranes, hot work, material handling, and hazardous materials.
• Lead incident, near-miss, and root cause investigations and approve corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop EHS improvement plans, emergency preparedness processes, KPI reports, lessons learned, and customer communications.
• Partner with construction managers, operations teams, contractors, customers, and leadership during bidding, commissioning, site tours, assessments, and safety meetings.

Requirements

• At least five years dedicated to data center or commercial building construction safety management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in EHS or a related field.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or ASP/CHST with progression toward ASP/CSP; equivalent qualifications may be accepted by EHS leadership.
• Working knowledge of confined space, cranes, mobile equipment, electrical safety, LOTO, commissioning, excavation and trenching, fall protection, scaffolds, steel erection, precast, and demolition.
• Must be based in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX area and be able to work on site.
