What you will do
- Develop and maintain segmentation models, territory designs, and compensation plans for annual planning cycles.
- Act as a strategic advisor to Sales VPs by conducting business reviews and recommending data-backed action plans.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Gong, and Omni to surface key metrics and trends.
- Identify and drive improvements to CRM workflows and data quality to increase rep productivity.
- Ensure the integrity of account, opportunity, and territory data in Salesforce.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and People teams on GTM planning initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, or Revenue Operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for building business models.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Ability to translate complex data into crisp insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust across different functions and levels.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience with RevOps platforms like Omni or Gong.
