What you will do
- Supervise and participate in receiving, picking, sorting, packaging, and shipping operations.
- Assign tasks to warehouse team members and monitor completion against operational standards.
- Resolve order anomalies, incorrect shipments, system discrepancies, and other on-site warehouse issues.
- Coordinate with transportation, quality inspection, and other shifts or departments to maintain operational continuity.
- Maintain accurate inbound and outbound documents, system entries, inventory checks, and account reconciliations.
- Support safety, 5S, employee training, operational guidance, and performance improvement activities.
Requirements
- More than one year of experience in warehousing and logistics.
- Proficiency in Chinese and one other language.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software.
- Ability to follow warehouse safety procedures, including forklift-use and stacking requirements.
