DC Team Leader (Logistics)

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day distribution centre operations across inbound, outbound, returns, value-added services, and inventory.
• Organise workloads for DC Associates and provide hands-on support for workflow management and problem resolution.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through clear expectations, feedback, recognition, and accountability.
• Maintain operational standards, accurate system transactions, inventory integrity, and compliance through counts, audits, and investigations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and formal HR, employee relations, and progressive discipline processes.
• Collaborate with department managers, system specialists, wave planners, controlling teams, and other stakeholders to manage risks and improve service targets.

Requirements

• Experience in distribution centre inbound and outbound operations across online and retail channels.
• Hands-on experience managing daily warehouse workflows and resolving operational problems.
• Good understanding of warehouse management systems and inbound/outbound logistics standards.
• Knowledge of department sustainability targets and experience with formal HR processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, collaboration, and people leadership skills.
