What you will do
- Process customer orders, distribution accounts, receiving allocations, shipping, and inventory records.
- Check documents and issue inbound receiving manifests and delivery orders to service providers.
- Prepare accurate operational, stock, receiving, shipping, and service-provider reports.
- Coordinate urgent and special shipping requests with transportation and operations teams.
- Trace orders, update customers, and respond to inquiries about work orders, invoices, shipments, and inventory.
- Follow internal operational standards, government regulations, customer requirements, and support process improvement.
Requirements
- University or college degree, or equivalent qualifications.
- Warehouse or contract logistics experience is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills required.
- Good PC knowledge and accurate data-entry skills.
- Ability to work in a team under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Well-organized, self-motivated, innovative, and capable of solving problems.
