Team Lead, Inventory and Warehouse

Location: Montreal East, Quebec, Canada; onsite, Monday through Friday, day shift

What you will do

• Coordinate daily tasks for inventory clerks and support onboarding, training, coaching, and team coverage.
• Manage the receipt, storage, distribution, and shipping of products and spare parts according to established procedures.
• Communicate objectives and performance indicators, contribute to performance evaluations, and support disciplinary processes.
• Follow up on occupational health and safety requirements and assess personal protective equipment needs.
• Act as the point of contact for urgent requests and participate in cyclical inventory counts.
• Maintain workplace organization and contribute to continuous improvement projects related to stores and inventory.

Requirements

• DEC, AEC, or DEP with 3–5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial, operational, or warehousing environment.
• Experience in inventory management and validation.
• Effective verbal and written communication in French and English.
• Strong decision-making, coordination, organization, and team supervision skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines, use analysis reports, and quickly learn new information.
• Comfort with technology and computer tools, with a strong focus on quality and service.

Nice to have

• Forklift operation experience.
