Director, Manufacturing Ops (PSP) (Semiconductor)

Location: Onsite in Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States; occasional domestic and international travel may be required.

Salary: $153,532–$225,181 per year, plus a bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Lead the Sub-assembly, Assembly, and Test manufacturing organizations for PSP Wet Processing products.
• Drive operational execution, manufacturing targets, customer commitments, and organizational performance.
• Build a safety, quality, and operational excellence culture aligned with regulatory, corporate, and ISO standards.
• Own on-time delivery, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, productivity, and cycle-time reduction initiatives.
• Set budgets and resource plans while developing high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
• Lead quality investigations, 8D problem solving, product transitions, and insourcing or outsourcing activities across factories and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management.
• 10+ years of progressive production leadership experience, including management-level and hourly teams in organizations of more than 100 people.
• Experience with Lean, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma, 8D, data analytics, and statistical process control.
• Strong financial and business acumen, with practical knowledge of manufacturability, operations, and business processes.
• Experience building, leading, recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing manufacturing teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Horsham and travel domestically and internationally when needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with complex capital equipment manufacturing in semiconductor or related high-tech industries.
• Experience with large-scale, high-mix, low-volume capital equipment manufacturing.
• Design for Manufacturability training or experience.
• Experience with SAP and advanced MES systems.
