Salary: $102,375 - $153,563 per year

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for semiconductor equipment to ensure precision and quality.
• Analyze cycle time, throughput, and material flow to identify bottlenecks and drive factory-level improvements.
• Perform SPC and process capability analysis to identify variation sources and implement corrective measures.
• Conduct industrial engineering studies, including layout evaluation and work content assessment.
• Develop and maintain standard work, control plans, and visual management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and ensure safety compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering roles.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings (GD&T) and applying statistical methods to engineering problems.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, 8D, FMEA, and 5 Why problem solving.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Python, MATLAB, Minitab, JMP, or Visio.
• Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
