Annual base salary: $95,800–$131,725

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, yield, throughput, and cost.
• Provide hands-on engineering support on the manufacturing floor by troubleshooting process and equipment issues.
• Transition new products from development into full-rate production and support production readiness, capacity planning, and scaling.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, statistical analysis, and root cause problem-solving.
• Create and maintain work instructions, process flows, PFMEAs, control plans, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with Automation, Equipment Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams to improve equipment uptime, process reliability, and OEE.

Requirements

• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in production environments.
• Experience improving processes in high-volume or precision manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of process development, production support, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis.
• Experience working with MES and ERP systems.
• Ability to analyze manufacturing data and make data-driven process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working extensively in a hands-on manufacturing-floor role.

Nice to have

• Consumer Electronics manufacturing experience.
• Experience with additive manufacturing, CNC machining, precision assembly, or automated manufacturing systems.
• Experience with SPC, DOE, process capability analysis, NPI, and production ramp.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
• Familiarity with robotics, automation, vision systems, or advanced manufacturing technologies.
