Talent Strategist (Recruiting)

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year, plus potential restricted stock units, sign-on bonus, and other incentives.

What you will do

• Design and own the full hiring lifecycle, from job description creation and referrals through sourcing, interviews, offers, closing, and process evaluation.
• Source exceptional candidates through referrals and proactive lead-generation strategies.
• Build strong relationships with business or product teams and candidates.
• Embed with stakeholders ranging from the C-suite to Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Use data and judgment to identify effective hiring practices and improve processes as conditions change.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience identifying, recruiting, and working with exceptional talent.
• Experience does not need to be traditional recruiting experience; candidates from varied backgrounds are considered.
• Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated history of building and rebuilding processes.
• Ability to manage competing demands and changing information in an intense, mission-driven environment.
