Talent Strategist

Location: New York, NY; hybrid workplace.

Salary: $90,000–$120,000/year. Total compensation may also include restricted stock units, a sign-on bonus, and other incentives.

hirify.global builds software for data-driven decisions and operations, supporting applications including drug development, supply chain forecasting, and locating missing children.

What you will do

• Design and own the full hiring lifecycle, from job description creation and referral engagement through sourcing, interviews, offers, closing, and end-to-end process evaluation.
• Surface exceptional talent through referrals, proactive sourcing, and new candidate leads.
• Build deep relationships with business or product teams and with candidates guided into hirify.global.
• Embed with a broad range of internal counterparts, from the C-suite to Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Use data and judgment to identify what is working or failing and evolve hiring operations as team needs change.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience identifying, recruiting, and working with exceptional talent; traditional recruiting experience is not required, and candidates from varied backgrounds are considered.
• Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate competing demands and generate solutions in response to constraints, new information, and changing conditions.
• Critical and data-driven approach to managing candidate pipelines and hiring processes.
• Ability to work within an intense, mission-driven team with varied skill sets and personalities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated history of building and rebuilding processes from the ground up.
