Salary: $90,000 - $125,000

What you will do

• Own the full hiring strategy, from defining candidate profiles to building detailed sourcing plans.
• Partner with engineering managers and tech leads to define the technical bar and refine the hiring process.
• Build and maintain proactive, high-quality pipelines of technical talent.
• Execute fast and innovative recruiting processes to provide a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Analyze the technical talent market to identify patterns and provide strategic insights to hiring teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical recruiting role.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing top-tier software engineers across all seniority levels.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and engineering team operations.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and solve complex challenges with good judgment.
• Location: Must be based in New York
