Talent Acquisition Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, on-site

Salary: $90,000–$150,000 base salary per year; stock options may be offered in addition.

What you will do

• Serve as a key point of contact between executive leadership and employees on recruiting matters.
• Mentor the recruiting team and support team members in reaching hiring goals and advancing their careers.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing through final-round decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional talent acquisition projects, including creating new roles, improving candidate reach, and supporting diversity initiatives.
• Develop recruiting reports and use hiring and team-performance metrics to evaluate and optimize processes.
• Manage referrals, university recruiting, sourcing strategies, Applicant Tracking System compliance, audits, data handling, and security or policy violation reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth technology company or startup.
• Experience leading a full-cycle recruiting team and familiarity with the Bay Area talent market.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
