BID Proposal Specialist

Location: Remote within the United States; preferred residence in Minnesota. Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Salary: $67,454-$101,212 annually

What you will do

• Coordinate the hirify.global Laboratories proposal process from initiation through customer handoff and metrics collection.
• Plan deliverables and responsibilities across cross-functional team members and communicate project updates.
• Facilitate bids, RFPs, marketing tools, and client-facing materials to support business relationships.
• Manage delivery, retention, and organization of documents supporting operations in U.S. and international territories.
• Maintain bid metrics and data repositories and present information to leadership.
• Prepare financial data for third-party billing committee review and support continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Associate's degree and 3 years of business or education-related experience, or bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, accountability, project ownership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing objectives, and communicate clearly in a team environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship, visa transfer, and F-1 STEM OPT extension support are not available.
• A two-year commitment to the role is required.
• Knowledge of Excel, including spreadsheets, data, graphs, and pivot tables; familiarity with business software, CRM databases, and online communication platforms is preferred.

Nice to have

• Project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and similar tools.
• Residence in Minnesota.
