Operations Manager

Location: New York, United States; hybrid work with up to three days per week in the West Village office. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employees must have permanent residency in one of the approved U.S. states. Occasional travel is required.

Salary: $114,000–$135,000 USD annually; a geographic premium may apply.

What you will do

• Lead complex customer agreement deliveries, RWD products, and services across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Manage multiple projects, create work plans, track progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues.
• Identify dependencies and operational bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions.
• Improve, measure, execute, and scale internal processes across departments.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and maintain alignment on goals, status, actions, and impact.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of product offerings for customer segments.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business administration, public health, biological sciences, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience at a top consulting firm in a client-facing role, preferably in healthcare, or experience at a healthcare data, analytics, or technology company.
• Demonstrated project management experience handling multiple projects, work plans, oversight, and operational support.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical content for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with analytical tools, including Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in New York for this role and authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship and OPT/STEM extension support are unavailable.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data analytics or oncology.
• Experience with technical implementations and direct supervision of junior team members.
• Experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar project planning tools.
• Proficiency in SQL Workbench.
