Associate Project Manager (Healthcare Advertising)

Location: Remote, United States; domestic and international travel, including overnight stays, may be required.

Salary: $53,500–$66,900 USD annually, plus a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with basic project planning and execution.
• Schedule and attend kickoffs, internal reviews, regroup meetings, and status meetings; document recaps and next steps.
• Review action orders, coordinate project routing, maintain the daily hot sheet, and support quality assurance throughout the workflow.
• Communicate with clients and multiple agency departments to manage expectations, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Provide alternative solutions to keep projects on track and contribute to SOW reviews, research, and best-practice sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, time-management, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proactive, positive approach and eagerness to learn project management in an agency setting.
• 0–2 years of experience in project management or a project coordinator role is preferred.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States and travel domestically and/or internationally when required.
