What you will do

• Own end-to-end customer implementations from project kickoff through go-live.
• Translate clinical and operational requirements into configured, integrated solutions.
• Manage technical integrations with EHR systems, primarily Epic.
• Advise customers on interoperability standards including HL7, SMART on FHIR, and APIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track content development and localization.
• Ensure clinical staff are trained and prepared for successful platform adoption.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare IT implementation or EHR deployment.
• Strong familiarity with Epic workflows in hospital and ambulatory settings.
• Demonstrated project management skills managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, or healthcare-related discipline.

Nice to have

• Epic certification or hands-on configuration experience.
• Experience with healthcare technology partners and integration tools like Redox.
