Project Specialist

Location: Work from home may be available, but candidates must live in Lincoln, Nebraska, or the surrounding areas

Salary: $60,000–$81,000 per year, excluding benefits and potential bonuses

What you will do

• Serve as the customer-facing technical expert across products and solutions.
• Partner with internal teams to execute customer deliverables.
• Coordinate project timelines, manage requests, and track contract, deadline, and quality metrics.
• Attend customer calls and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate across teams to support customer success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of equivalent work experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Ability to take initiative, manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Technical aptitude for learning new software and systems.
• Must live in Lincoln, Nebraska, or the surrounding areas.
