Account Director, Beauty

Location: Must be located in Florida; Miami and Tampa preferred. Hybrid work model.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary client contact and build trusted client-agency relationships.
• Lead strategic communications programming and earned media strategies for beauty brands.
• Execute creative campaigns, brand partnerships, and influencer programs.
• Manage multiple accounts, delegate workflow, monitor results, and communicate status to agency management.
• Develop presentations, program plans, media strategies, proposals, business decks, and case studies.
• Lead client meetings and media training while mentoring team members on pitching, account workflow, and client issues.

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. in Public Relations or a related field.
• At least 6 years of PR agency experience with significant beauty PR experience.
• Deep media relations experience and established relationships with beauty editors and press.
• Experience integrating influencer and digital elements into earned-led communications programs.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, client-relations, management, and supervisory skills.
• Strong leadership, motivation, creative thinking, and knowledge of beauty trends and pop culture.
