HR Specialist

Location: 100% onsite in Torrey Pines, San Diego, California

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year

What you will do

• Process high-volume employee lifecycle transactions in SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP, including hires, rehires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, organizational updates, and terminations.
• Manage and resolve approximately 30–40 HR cases per day through ServiceNow while maintaining complete case documentation.
• Review, validate, and reconcile employee data across ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, SAP, and related systems.
• Perform pre-entry and post-entry quality checks on employee master data, positions, compensation details, effective dates, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, duplicate records, missing information, workflow issues, and transaction errors.
• Partner with HR Services, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, managers, and HR Centers of Excellence on audits, compliance reviews, process improvements, and service levels.

Requirements

• Experience in HR operations or HR Shared Services.
• Ability to manage high-volume employee lifecycle transactions and approximately 30–40 HR cases per day.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate employee and position data.
• Experience working with HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow.
• Ability to support audits, compliance reviews, and cross-functional HR processes.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Torrey Pines, California.
