Salary: $69,250 - $118,250

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end employee relations cases, including intake, fact-finding, risk assessment, and resolution.
• Coach managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and consistent policy application.
• Own case management for assigned HR matters, ensuring triage and resolution within defined SLAs.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, and HR Operations to deliver a cohesive support experience.
• Analyze HR metrics such as attrition and engagement scores to identify recurring trends or process gaps.
• Support core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and performance cycles.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, employee relations, or HR operations.
• Demonstrated experience handling ER cases and conducting investigations with strong documentation practices.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred) and ticketing platforms (ServiceNow).
• Must be based in Billerica, MA.
