Location: Miami, FL; in-home care throughout Miami-Dade County

Salary: $32–$35 per hour

What you will do

• Provide private-duty nursing care to children with complex medical needs in their homes.
• Administer medications and manage physician-prescribed treatments.
• Perform skilled nursing procedures, including feeding tube management and respiratory monitoring.
• Assess patient health, report changes, and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate and support families in providing daily care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Requirements

• Registered nurse license in the state of Florida required.
• At least one year of pediatric nursing or home health experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation throughout Miami-Dade County.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
• Current BLS certification is preferred.
