Pay range: $35.00–$46.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide direct and indirect employee health care, collect medical histories, record vital signs, assist providers, and triage urgent conditions.
• Review immunization and disease status, coordinate laboratory testing, administer injections and vaccinations, and follow up on tuberculosis testing.
• Monitor contagious illnesses, workplace injuries, bloodborne pathogen exposures, and related employee health requirements.
• Perform phlebotomy, point-of-care diagnostic testing, specimen handling, wound care, dressing changes, and medication preparation.
• Maintain accurate employee health records, medical supplies, inventory, sterilization, and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Educate patients and support immunization clinics, employee wellness programs, safety events, and health fairs.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in nursing required; bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience, including phlebotomy, point-of-care testing, and wound care.
• Current Registered Nurse certification and active license required.
• Phlebotomy Certification and CPR/BLS required.
• Electronic medical record experience required.
• Strong patient care, communication, organization, critical thinking, and confidentiality skills, including HIPAA compliance.

Nice to have

• Occupational health certification and prior occupational health experience.
• Experience with office procedures, confidential files, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience in process improvement and working with employees, providers, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
