Salary: $83,400–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Support the full product implementation cycle, from requirements analysis and electrical design through testing, integration, documentation, compliance certification, and production introduction.
• Design analog and digital circuits, including low-noise signal paths and power management systems.
• Develop next-generation sensors and monitoring platforms for industrial and utility customers.
• Integrate industrial communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, LoRa, and RS-485 into hardware platforms.
• Collaborate with hardware architecture, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, logistics engineering, product management, and program management teams.
• Use Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and AI-first development practices to deliver customer-facing monitoring systems and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience designing hardware for embedded systems.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools; Altium Designer is preferred.
• Experience integrating sensors such as temperature, humidity, pressure, and optical sensors.
• Experience with firmware-hardware co-design and embedded systems debugging.
• Knowledge of EMC and safety compliance, compliance testing, product certification, technical documentation, and communication.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of fluid dynamics, thermal dynamics, and computational fluid simulation using Ansys, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
• Experience working with global manufacturing partners and contract manufacturers.
