Salary: $127,000–$190,000 per year, plus possible annual incentive and long-term incentives.

What you will do
- Develop electrical and electronic solutions from early concept and system architecture through prototyping, testing, verification, manufacturing, and production.
- Design analog and digital circuits, power systems, embedded electronics, sensor interfaces, instrumentation, PCB assemblies, and electromechanical control systems.
- Build, troubleshoot, and refine prototypes using laboratory equipment and hands-on experimentation.
- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, industrial design, and systems engineers.
- Work directly with clients, participate in technical reviews and demonstrations, and help transition designs into production with suppliers and manufacturing teams.
Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 8–12 years of experience developing electrical or electronic products.
- Experience taking products from concept through manufacturing.
- Experience with analog and digital circuit design, PCB design and layout, embedded electronics, and microcontroller-based systems.
- Experience with Altium, OrCAD, PSpice, or similar electrical design and simulation tools.
- Hands-on experience debugging hardware, validating designs, mentoring engineers, and communicating technical concepts to clients and multidisciplinary teams.
