Vice President of Professional Services (AI)

Location: NYC Headquarters; hybrid work format

Salary: $240,000–$336,000 per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Define the strategic vision, policies, and operating model for Professional Services and Solutions Engineering.
• Lead a multi-tiered organization and strengthen leadership depth, delivery frameworks, and operational scalability.
• Develop AI-first and autonomous workflows for configuration, mapping, testing, and proactive integration issue resolution.
• Improve implementation tooling and processes to reduce client time-to-value across Strategic, Enterprise, and SME segments.
• Partner with Client Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Govern implementation KPIs covering launches, forecasts, time-to-launch, incidents, and workforce utilization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Professional Services experience leading large-scale technical implementation teams.
• Experience driving AI or intelligent automation transformations in a SaaS or fintech environment.
• Deep understanding of HCM and/or payroll and timekeeping system integrations, migrations, and Solutions Engineering.
• Ability to develop senior leaders and manage large-scale resources, including a workforce of 40+ members.
• Strong strategic judgment, executive communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent executive-level professional experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Large Language Models, AI agents, and intelligent automation in B2B2C service delivery.
