Talent Management Program Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Menlo Park, California, or Bellevue, Washington, United States

Salary: $114,000–$149,100 per year

What you will do

• Execute the Performance Excellence cycle, including milestone tracking, communications, reminders, Workday logistics, launch testing, configuration validation, and user issue resolution.
• Coordinate employee voice and pulse survey cycles, including distribution lists, completion tracking, reminders, results delivery, data quality checks, anonymity thresholds, and action-item follow-through.
• Administer the voice AI 360 platform, managing dashboards, participant and provider invitations, whitelisting coordination, and completion monitoring.
• Support talent reviews and succession planning by preparing meeting materials, participant lists, and data templates.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, and Finance on statements of work, purchase orders, budgets, invoicing, and vendor operations.
• Maintain playbooks, resource pages, FAQs, reporting dashboards, and instructional materials while identifying process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR coordination, talent operations, or program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing multiple tasks, deadlines, program milestones, employee data, and confidentiality requirements with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and HRIS platforms; Workday experience is a major plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with global employees, HR partners, vendors, Procurement, Legal, and Finance.
• Experience with vendor onboarding, contract execution, budget tracking, or cross-functional stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
• Experience with survey platforms such as Workday, Qualtrics, or AI-powered custom applications.
• Experience administering AI-driven talent development or conversational feedback platforms.
• Canva or similar tools for instructional material design.
• Workday HCM certification, CAPM, PMP, or equivalent training or credentials.
