Integration Systems Specialist (Underwater Robotics)

What you will do

• Lead and develop the hirify.global Seaeye Integration Team as its technical authority.
• Integrate, configure, test, and commission complete vehicle systems against customer specifications and company documentation.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical, electronic, hydraulic, mechanical, and communication-system faults.
• Lead complex integration, acceptance-testing, and non-conformance investigations, implementing corrective actions.
• Support Factory Acceptance Testing, customer demonstrations, customer support, and offshore commissioning.
• Work with Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support, and Production Engineering to improve reliability, manufacturability, serviceability, work instructions, and training.

Requirements

• HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Extensive experience integrating complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Expert knowledge of hirify.global Seaeye vehicle systems and associated support equipment.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across electrical, hydraulic, and communication systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, configuration documentation, and technical information.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, coaching, and continuous-improvement skills.
