What you will do

• Manage a team of technicians and electricians, overseeing daily operations and personnel planning.
• Ensure all test activities are conducted safely and in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate maintenance and calibration of test rigs, tooling, and facility equipment.
• Lead the creation and updating of operational procedures for commissioning and engine hotfire tests.
• Support troubleshooting efforts for both test facility infrastructure and engine hardware.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing operational enhancements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of technical hands-on experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Practical experience with hazardous systems such as cryogenics, pyrophorics, and explosive atmospheres.
• Expertise in high-pressure gas systems, including assembly, commissioning, and leak checking.
• Strong proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting electrical, fluid, and mechanical systems.
• Fluent in English.
• Safety-conscious mindset with knowledge of compliance standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in development test environments with cryogenics and high-pressure gas.
• Relevant formal technical education, certifications, or licenses.
• Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office.
