What you will do

• Manage and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management and exceptional service.
• Engage new and existing clients, understand their goals, and provide trusted investment advice.
• Create comprehensive, personalized financial plans using hirify.global tools.
• Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, and build new client relationships.
• Use credit and investment solutions to deliver needs-based advice, increase loyalty, and generate referrals.
• Build community connections through local events, marketing, and outreach activities.

Requirements

• Postsecondary degree or diploma and/or four years of relevant experience.
• Current CIRO-ID accreditation and good standing for CIRO-ID licensing.
• For Quebec roles: current AMF licensing accreditation and good standing, CIFC or CSC completion, and Registered Retirement Consultant certification.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, client service, business development, and financial advising skills.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work onsite full-time in Markham.
