What you will do

• Manage and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management and exceptional client service.
• Build comprehensive financial plans using CIBC tools and provide personalized investment advice.
• Engage new and existing clients to understand their goals and recommend suitable credit and investment solutions.
• Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, build referral networks, and deliver business results.
• Participate in community events, marketing, and outreach activities to create new client opportunities.

Requirements

• Postsecondary degree or diploma and/or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Current CIRO-ID licensing accreditation in good standing is required.
• Strong client engagement, relationship-building, networking, business development, and financial advising skills.
• Experience with investments, lending, financial planning, and portfolio management.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

Nice to have

• For Quebec roles: current AMF licensing, CIFC or CSC completion, and Registered Retirement Consultant certification.
• CSI/ICB Investment and Taxation Fundamentals Course - Quebec (0774).
• CSI/ICB Legal & Ethical Aspects of Financial Planning Course (0790).
