Financial Advisor CIRO-MFD (Urban)

Location: On-site full-time in Brantford-Lynden Park Mall, Brantford, Ontario, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance and during banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Build and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management and exceptional client service.
• Provide tailored advice across day-to-day banking, investments, lending, estate planning, and other financial needs.
• Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, and establish new client relationships.
• Use credit and investment solutions to deliver needs-based recommendations, increase loyalty, and generate referrals.
• Participate in community events, marketing, and outreach activities to strengthen local brand awareness and create future opportunities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience providing financial advice, establishing client relationships, and achieving performance targets.
• Current accreditation and good standing in the Canadian Securities Course, Canadian Investments Funds Course, or Investment Funds in Canada Course.
• Meet eligibility requirements for CIRO-MFD licensing.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, client service, business development, and financial planning skills.
• For Quebec roles, current AMF licensing, CIFC or CSC completion, and Registered Retirement Consultant accreditation are required.
