Surety Account Executive (Insurance)

Location: Hybrid with on-site presence in Addison, Fort Worth, or Bulverde, Texas

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned surety accounts and manage client relationships.
• Analyze financial statements, gather underwriting information, and prepare submissions for carrier review.
• Manage bond transactions, invoicing, renewals, cancellations, account files, and internal documentation.
• Coordinate with Producers, Underwriters, carriers, and internal stakeholders on account servicing and new business efforts.
• Execute bonds, negotiate with surety underwriters, and resolve complex bonding situations and escalated service issues.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities, support client onboarding, and contribute to process improvement and team initiatives.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of Surety or Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, insurance, risk management, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of surety bond processes, underwriting requirements, and carrier relationships.
• Ability to analyze financial statements, manage competing deadlines, and handle complex accounts.
• Strong client service, communication, relationship management, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
