What you will do

• Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of clients through relationship management and exceptional service.
• Create comprehensive financial plans and provide trusted investment advice using hirify.global tools.
• Engage new and existing clients to understand their goals and recommend suitable credit and investment solutions.
• Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, build client relationships, and generate referrals.
• Represent hirify.global at community events and participate in marketing and outreach activities.

Requirements

• Postsecondary degree or diploma and/or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Current CIRO-ID licensing accreditation in good standing.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Experience with financial advising, investment planning, portfolio management, and retirement planning.
• Strong client service, networking, analytical thinking, and business development skills.
• For Quebec roles: current AMF licensing, CIFC or CSC completion, and RRC certification.
